Heather is a performance-driven safety professional with more than twenty years of experience delivering results in a variety of industries including manufacturing, medical device, emergency response, research, and higher education.

Heather is passionate about developing a strong safety culture which she believes is vital to a healthy workforce. With a proven ability to change safety culture, she has created proactive safety programs in both union and non-union facilities. Through her leadership and initiative, significant injury reductions and cost savings have been realized by businesses and institutions with whom she has worked.

She has partnered with numerous organizations to conduct gap analysis and design plans to implement sustainable safety systems that involve employees at all levels of the organization. Heather uses practical problem solving with unique approaches to implementation to help get safety cultures and programs back on track or energized to the next level.
